TEM Mini Office FAQ
Does TEM Mini Office handle payroll, EPF, SOCSO or tax?
No. We intentionally focus on employee records, compliance evidence, performance and policy. If you also need payroll, TEM can run it as a separate service, or you can keep your current payroll tool.
Is an electronic signature valid in Malaysia?
The Electronic Commerce Act 2006 recognises electronic signatures. Mini Office records the signed image, document hash, time, IP, device and location in an audit log that cannot be edited. Whether a specific document holds up is always a legal question, and our consultants can advise.
Does the AI assistant replace an HR consultant?
No. It answers everyday questions from your handbook and shows its sources. For sensitive topics such as dismissal, harassment or Labour Department matters, or when it is not confident, it recommends escalating to a TEM consultant.

Do my employees need to install an app?
