Privacy Policy
We keep this simple: we collect very little, and we only use it to run this website and reply to your enquiries.
Who we are
This website (talentearth.com.my) is operated by Talent Earth Management ("TEM", "we", "us"), 9A, Jalan Bayu Permai 5, Taman Bayu Permai, 48000 Rawang, Selangor, Malaysia. For the purposes of Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 ("PDPA"), TEM is the data user for personal data collected through this website.
What we collect
- Messages you send us. The site has no sign-up or enquiry forms. If you contact us through WhatsApp, we receive your phone number, WhatsApp profile name and whatever you choose to write. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to the messaging itself.
- Usage data. When you browse the site, Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel collect technical and usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, referring page, and an identifier stored in cookies. We also record an event when you click a WhatsApp button, so we can measure which pages lead to enquiries.
- Server logs. Our web server keeps standard logs (IP address, time, requested page, browser) for security and troubleshooting.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data through this website, and we ask that you do not send us NRIC numbers, payroll records, medical information or similar documents over WhatsApp before we have agreed how to handle them.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiries and, where you ask, to provide a quotation or HR risk assessment.
- To understand how the site is used and to improve its content and performance.
- To measure and improve our own advertising, including showing our ads to people who visited the site (Meta).
- To keep the site secure and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies and third-party tools
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) for aggregated traffic statistics. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) for conversion measurement and ad audiences. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use a tracker-blocking extension; the site will still work. These providers process data under their own privacy policies and may do so on servers outside Malaysia.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run the site and our marketing (hosting, Google, Meta, WhatsApp), professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires it. Where data is transferred outside Malaysia, we rely on providers that apply appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages are kept for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of the relevant provider. We delete or anonymise personal data we no longer need.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you, withdraw consent, or ask us to limit how we use it. Message us on WhatsApp at +60 11-1516 7868 and we will respond within a reasonable time. Please note that withdrawing consent may limit our ability to assist you.
Security
We use HTTPS, restrict access to our systems and keep the site as a simple static website with no user accounts or databases. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is intended for business users and is not directed at children under 18.
Other sites and services
Our site links to third-party sites such as WhatsApp. TEM Mini Office is a separate service and is subject to its own terms and privacy notice. We are not responsible for the practices of other sites.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision. If you read the Chinese and English versions and they differ, the English version prevails.
